Every time I attempt to go to my online appointment, it redirects me to the App Store, even though I have the app already installed.

What I wish it did: Let me see my schedule, make changes to schedule and shifts. Let patients schedule or reschedule. What it does: No clue. It’s either continuously glitchy or it just does nothing. Either way, just go with your search engine. Wish the app was as good at the rest of it.

I forgot my laptop at home for a new patient consult. I was able to use my iPhone and this app to solve this problem.
It doesn’t work.

Every time I tried to use this it took me back to the App Store and I couldn’t get into our appt.

It’s bee a year after a review that appointment link is redirecting you to App Store instead of appointment. The issue is still there. Idk how this could be even on App Store. The app does not work!
