Used to be a great app, sign in doesn't function anymore. Shame, uninstalled.

This is what I used to think...(This is still the BEST concert locator app out there. Thank you so much for this long awaited update! The UI is so much better now & works great with my iPhone 6.) I have since upgraded to iPhone 7 & now there's a bug that is really annoying. Any time I tap on an event I want to go to, there is no longer any information displayed about venue contact info or address + no ticket price info. WICKED ANNOYING!!

I love JamBase, I really do- been using it for a very long time. With my new phone, I cannot sign into my account whatsoever. Works great on my PC. I've tried making a new password, etc. if I can't log in, the app is essentially useless. Please fix this app before it dies in obscurity, and we lose a great tool

Loved this site. Dumped 900 some of my favorite bands into it. And then a year ago or so I could no longer log into it through the app. I can get in on the site but the app essentially no longer works or exists. Very disappointing! Any suggestions?

I can log into the website just fine but have never ever been able to successfully log into the app. I've tried everything I can think of--deleting and reinstalling, updating password--and have written support at least five times with not one single response. Terrible. Awful. Such a waste.
