For the last three months, when I play the videos for 2500 chips, I never get the chips. I contacted customer support three times...only heard back twice and they blamed it on me. Fabulous customer service (not)
Too difficult and expensive to advance

The only two games I like to play on your slots, wild dragons and classic wilds deluxe, are locked to me because of your ridiculous level system. The ONLY time I will EVER spend money on your app is to play those two games. And because your levels are ABSURDLY difficult to gain, I'll never get to play them organically, which makes me angry, which is causing me to uninstall your STUPID app. Unlock ALL slots to ALL players and I'll consider coming back. It's just dumb.

I am giving this review without being asked to do it. Your new Acrobat game is the most fun I have ever had playing a game on fb! It took me a minute to figure out the bonus, but it is so much fun! Very addicting! Your developer is amazing! I think these are the best games on Facebook!I love all the new games especially. Brilliant developer! Love both of your apps.
