App keeps freezing in tournament and you automatically loose your chips. I can still use all the buttons for stats and chat but the “dealer” is froze. Plus the “spin the wheel” jackpots always roll the 4 lowest payouts. If you feel like being frustrated, feeling tipped off and helpless to do anything about it this app is 5 star. In playing in one tournament, I was dealt the exact same 2 cards 3 times. The chances of that happening randomly are next to impossible. One evening I played for an hour and 15 minutes straight and never had a winning hand, also next to impossible.

In a 200000 tournament and it proclaim I loss service but that a lie but instead of it stop or kick me out with my money no it took all my money no once but twice. Not cool at all

Way too many board pairs

3 out of 5 hands are board pairs on the flop. Not good. A lot of double pairs leading to an almost certain full house for someone. Not random enough. Play is smooth but the algorithm for playing out cards needs some work.

There are a ton of poker apps out there and this one has got the most intuitive interface for quick play. Everything else is pretty slick. Good tournaments/, good bonuses/, decent quality of opponents.

Obviously the spin wheel is rigged just played 500k at 10k a round non stop and the wheel never lands on anything over 60k hahaha this game is worse then zynga

The cards are rigged for sure. A player had straight flush then flush and then full house, all in a row!! Don’t waste your time or money on this.

This app should be avoided. The crediting of winnings does not match PokerStars (developers)own audit report.’ They shorted me 1M.....After 8 e-mails, all support says is that “Winnings have been credited.” But....the audit report shows that I am correct and the app reflects the wrong total. It is sad when you have to deal with an app that obviously has unresolved IT issues. It is like dealing with an endless bank error that you have proof of....but no one listens.

Every time I enter a tournament the game freezes. It only does this in tournaments. By the time you get back in you have lost most of your chips. Makes this no fun to play. Deleting the app. Can’t play if you can’t play. :(
