Don’t play a lot anymore just not happy with game takes too long to get anywhere

I am not sure what happened to my game!! I had over 18 billion coins and was on level 600 and went to sleep and woke up and my entire game had been erased! I was back on level 1 and only had 7 million dollars! Not sure what happened however I need to find out how to get my coins and levels back! I emailed the support and haven’t heard back yet!
