While playing the app changes your bet to the max on its own, and takes all your winnings. With no app support, I would not make any purchases in this app. Considering deleting, as this bet changing issue is an on going issue from the day I first played, even with multiple updates the issue still persists. Ugh!!

We have paid for points periodically through the years from Jackpot Party. They used to automatically correct any errors made when purchasing points that don’t go through - but this time they took $49.99 and never gave us the points or our money back. We received an email saying we had to provide documentation as to the purchase, what equipment we were using, when, where, etc., before they would even consider restoring the points purchased — and forget about any refunds (even if it an unauthorized purchase, which it wasn’t). So, we will dispute the charge with the bank and DELETE THE JACKPOT PARTY APP from our iPad. Do NOT buy their points. If they would steal from us, they will steal from you.

I have played this game for years and have over 400,000,000 points. Now it won’t let me sign in through FB. If I sign in as a guest, I lose all my points. Also lost my 50 consecutive day bonus. I want my game and my points back

I have had this app for years! One of the better apps! But...when you buy chips and they go fast and you complain, they tell you they have no control....hmmmm...today’s promotion is “They are giving away more jackpots!?” I thought they had no control! I won big last week, and never won again! 1B chips gone in a week, because from that point on, every spin was a loser! Hmmmm....No control? Really? Still love this app, but don’t play us for fools! We all know, even the real casinos have control! And so do you! I do thank you for hours of entertainment, just wish it didn’t come at such a high price. Will have to limit my purchases as retirement is soon! ????♀️
