Jackpocket was unable to verify my bank account, and this is the only method available in my state

I was so excited I was going to be able to buy my tickets with my DEBIT CARD right from my phone. Just to find out after I downloaded the app, that you cant even use your VISADEBIT card-it wont work. Please fix this! is a mutual benefit, do you realize how many ill and busy people’s money you are losing? Many of us dont have that kind of time to go all the way to the gas station just to play a ticket. And the majority of people have VISA DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS. AND LIKE THATS NOT ENOUGH, I cant even use my bank account, because i have a local NH bank (St. Marys bank,) and its not listed. You guys only have a St. Marys national bank, which is obviously different because i cant log into it. So This app would have been extremely convinient for both. Very dissapointed, Thanks

I was excited to use the app but it doesn’t except visa debit. It wanted me to enter my bank accounts username and password. I’m all set with that. I’ll check back from time to time to see if things change.

Have tried 2 times to open account on this app. Tried 3 different master card credit cards but won’t accept any of them. I quit. Not worth it.

Being able to play from my phone not only makes it easier but also allows me to easily track what game options I have and results. Well worth the minimal initial deposit fee for this type of convenience

Seems to work well but I haven’t won yet...?. No complaints though. Makes getting ticket super easy instead of standing in line somewhere

I can’t play because NY gaming closed it down temporarily but it has been a year and no resolution, otherwise it would be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ cmon NY don’t you have enough of our money
