First: App keeps crashing with the connection fail after the latest update. Second: app causes phone to freeze.. Please fix!!!!!

So everytime I open the app it crashes. It immediately reverts back to the home screen of my phone. Even tried using it on another phone and it just did the same thing. Anyone else have this issue?? Just thought id let you guys know

This app was great but then I tryed to get on it and it's automatically exiting the app I don't know if it's my phone or the alp but alll my other apps work just fine plz do better this app is so kool to me !!!

Whenever I tried to open the app, it opened for a few seconds and then crashed right away. The only thing I managed to get from opening the app was a notification without being able to see what the notification is about. Please issue a fix ASAP.

The app is iOS 8 even tho it don't say iOS 8 I email jack'd they said they update the app so iOS 7 can not download I told them I can download it n they need to fix it. They don't read this go to their website

Since the latest update, the app no longer works! It opens or buffers for a split second and then closes out! I can no longer use it ?

App crashes every time I open it. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. It takes a while to open then crashes. Takes so much space to utilize. About to just delete the app permanently. Please adjust the situation.
