Blown away - iBooks et al can learn from it

If you understand French, download this. French and American comics are worlds apart. The app lets you browse through its growing catalog with flawles animations, you can download the first pages for free, and they have a buy/rent model. The buy option is much cheaper than the paper comics in France, as well they should be (not that you could even get them around here). Not sure how I feel about borrowing them for more than 99 cents, though, being that you can only view them for 10 days. Can you please offer Marlisa and Rahan as well?

A lot of classics available at a reasonable price. I am sure that as time goes on more titles will be added. The only minor issue is that you have to use your Mac/ PC to make the purchases, the download is from the iPad.

Un très bon catalogue de BD et un système efficace. 2 regrets toutefois: le prix des BD reste un peu cher et, surtout, en cas de location d'une série entière, les 10 jours commencent des l'achat, et non pas après l'ouverture de chaque BD. Il faudrait vraiment changer cela afin que le lecteur ait 10 jours par BD.

Comment se fait il que je ne puisse pas louer des bd a partir de l'app? L'achat est la seule option offerte sur l'ipad. Je suis oblige de naviger sur izneo.fr, louer la bd pour retourner sur l'app et telecharger la bd. pas tres pratique... Sinon pour le reste c'est assez stable, aucun crash avec la version precedente d'izneo.
buggy and not working with ios8

This app has had a long history of bugs and very slow updates. I have many problems with comics disappearing, rentals not expiring etc... Now that iOS 8 is out, this app is completely useless on my iPad and there is yet to be a patch to make the app work under iOS8.

I never take the time to write reviews, so understand how frustrated this app has made me that I feel compelled to speak up. I've tried to use several versions of this app on various devices, and it's never, ever worked. Can't change your language preference, can't download previews (I mean, there's a button, but you always get a screen stating that you've reached the end of the preview without ever having seen the images.) If by some miracle you are able to download a free comic, and have the incredible luck to actually open the file, then the app inevitably locks you into a small corner of the page, with no way to navigate away from it or reduce the page size so that you can see more than a quarter of one panel. Terrible app. Don't waste your time.
