I tried to open a password protected file that several windows zip programs open. Didn't work. Way worse, support didn't exist on either AppStore or web links. So worthless to me

WHY WONT THIS OPEN MY EXCEL FILES??? IF IT DOES, WHAT AM I MISSING HERE... I want a refund, if it doesn't, because that's why I payed money for it.

Easy to unzip files. Great support. They always email me back. Now I can fast forward after the upgrade it's great.
