How does IVCheck work?
To use the IVCheck app simply set your Trainer level and upload a screenshot of the Pokémon you want to check. The app works completely offline and it automatically scans the screenshot for the Pokémon’s name, level, HP, CP and stardust. Using these it calculates all possible combinations of IVs and supplies the percentage of perfection for all. Depending on your liking, it is possible to save the results and access them through the Saved Pokémon tab at the home screen.

It won’t read my Pokemon/magickarp I want it evolved I have 400 candy but I want it to be cp 2500 so want to know right now the cp at lvl 30 but won’t say anything

This app does not work days can not calculate and my trainer lol is not right and I did what the app instructions told me to do.
