Even though the app says I have 100 gigs of internal storage on the large left icon on the home page, I hit the icon and it says there arent any files on my phone. When I first got the app, all my files, photos and videos showed up. Now it says my phone is empty.

No buffering?

I plugged in my micro SD from a GoPro and the app will only play 2 seconds a time. Absolutely no buffering built into this app or ability to toggle time forward or back. Useless. Returning tomorrow.

Doesn’t work on my iPhone 8 or IPad

After numerous attempts it doesn’t read the photos from my SD card However it does work on my Mac book. Frustrating and disappointing

Why even upload files from SD card that can never interact with ICloud / AppleMusic / etc. Only value my purchase of crappy sd card reader for my iPhone is to download / share with others....ummm..everyone does that on this thing called the “cloud”...AlGore created it.

App s/w need to update , not working with all SD cards

Won’t read or transfer photos to card reader.

I made this purchase to save my photos Incase they disappear on iCloud and to take off my XR. Very disappointed as I can’t get my photos on it. Waste of money I’ll try a name brand like scan disk.

I have 7800 photos on my iPhone. Is either everything or manually select one by one. Can’t swipe to select a block of photos.

No way to copy photos back to iphone. Can only copy from iphone to sd and to pc. Not the otherway around.
