No longer works

As of January 2015, the app no longer provides schedules at all. Completely useless.

I’ve used this app for the past 2+ years and previously gave it 4 stars…. with the most recent release it no longer works at all - constantly displaying a “no trips found” result no matter the beginning and ending stations. Color me frustrated! :(

No Train Schedules visible

This app used to work. Now it doesn't. There are no train schedules visible. Emails to support go ignored (for days and days--as of now). Really disappointing. It used to be great. It used to push alerts well and show schedules and everything it promised. In 48 hours, I'm requesting a refund if I don't get a reply back.

I haven't been able to get any data to the app since 1 January 2016. When I attempt to access the company's website through the link on this page, I get an error in Safari saying, "Safari can't open the page ... because the server where this page is located isn't responding." It looks as though either the company is going through a temporary major technical failure, or that it has ceased operations under the "iTrans" brand.

Don't download this app. No longer works. Have sent the company several emails and all have gone unanswered. Sad. Used it all the time.

This was a great app but for the last several weeks it no longer shows any schedule information. So basically it does nothing at this point. I've tried reaching out to their support multiple times with no response. I'll have to find another app.

I have used this app in the past and was pleased with its accuracy. Today when I tried to schedule a trip no information is available. Every attempt returns “No trip found”. Totally unacceptable- DO NOT PURCHASE UNTIL IT IS FIXED.

I purchased this app and then signed up for the required paid subscription to get push alerts. No information is available. When I click on my route, I get an error message that the service isn't available.

The app allowed me to purchase a subscription, but after purchase shows all lines as "not in service" - thanks for literally stealing $3.
