This app was great until the latest update. I can’t login. The app won’t allow you to login. It freezes on saving credentials.

Requires a pin even though I have touch id. Screen is completely blank. It used to be great. Now I can't even view my balance. Please fix

Won't open with touch ID, or with user name/password. "Contact Us" tab on app doesn't work either!

The home page on the app will not load. I also have to enter my pin code every time even though I’ve enabled Touch ID. Since I can’t do anything with this app, it gets one star

Not what I expected. Can't claim transportation and parking as easy as I thought. Better off using the website on a PC/MAC. Just gives you the balance, other than that NOT useful.

After getting the iPhone 5 update it doesn't let you accept the terms of service and you can't use the app!

I too was frustrate at the fact I could not file a new claim, but now you can!! Great update. Filed a claim and got my money in 2 days, nice.
