I got the action cam for Christmas in 2018 and the app I love it’s not hard to use I leave for camp tomorrow and I’m taking the camera and the app for fun photos and videos

I needed an action camera because i have an youtube channel... very nice camera comes with a water proof case and tons of mounts It also included a remote to take photos and videos from far away,, would recommend camera, very nice inexpensive camera with wi-fi to connect to your phone
Wifi doesn’t work

The Akaso camera is designed to connect to your device (such as smartphone) via wifi, and this app is designed to help transfer pictures from your camera to device. However, it does not work. When you turn on Wifi on the Akaso device, a Wifi network will show up. Using the password “1234567890” allows connection. However, after connecting the phone says “No Internet Connection”, and the camera does not detect that the phone is connected. Opening this app and pressing “Add Camera” then gives an error saying that you aren’t connected. There is virtually no troubleshooting online. It is discouraging and frustrating.

It’s pretty easy to use as I said in the title. ? You turn on wifi on your phone and connect it to the camera. Everything is simple to understand on the app but I’d like more storage if possible. 2 videos and the camera shuts off every time and I lose footage.
