What makes Island Wars different from oh-so-many slingshot games:
Besides traditional monoplaying, you can challenge friends online and play by turns: you can have multiple matches going on at a time, message your opponents while at play and play either as the tortoise or the penguin. You can also play with a friend on the same device while waiting in line, however, in this mode the chat will de deactivated: it's more fun to name-call each other live!

Just a bunch of ads

Mediocre game. It's also just an excuse to throw ads in your face, including when you're actually playing the game. There are animated banners right next to where you're touching the screen, you could touch it accidentally. It's also very distracting besides. Don't bother.
