What a Joke

What a joke. I got this app to find a better scanner then I have. To my surprise I have to get a subscription to use it. I’d pay $20 or $30 for a good scanner but to have to pay a monthly payment for this…what a joke.

Worst scanner app in existence

I can’t scan a 2 page document without seeing at least 7 ads and watching two 15 second videos. Download it and try it. It’s amazing how badly the developer reaches for revenue, ultimately leading to a horrific user experience.

What’s different between this and $15 one ?

I saw the same app that cost just $15 for this app without subscription and features are all same. Why just do the same thing on this app ? If this app charge monthly, the price will be much much more than $15. $15 one is for lifetime. Please do something reasonable.

Cool idea but you can’t do squat without paying $10 a month for the app that’s outrageous can’t imagine someone paying monthly for a phone app one time fee yea but not $10 monthly. Shot

Just not worth it for a monthly subscription of $10. The software as a service model does not translate to every type of software and apps just aren’t worth it.

I’ve had the premium version of this app for years now and it used to work perfectly but over the last few months it has started glitching. If I want to scan a document now it takes me about 3 tries because somewhere along the way the app will crash and I’ll have to start the whole process over again. Imagine doing an online test and they give you 5 minutes to upload your work and you can’t even get it done in that timeframe. I don’t see a point of me continuing to pay for this app while I can get other free scanner apps that will give me the same amount of headache.

Thought I would save money and just do the one year subscription. Instead of the 3 day trial and then forget if I didn’t like to cancel and cost me out the rear. I opened the app and nothing like advertised the count section what I thought would be great to use and if all objects are not the same size it won’t count them if they are to close it won’t count them. Worst app ever don’t waste your time now I’m stuck with this for a year. Hope there is an update in the future that will work like they advertised. Not even worth one star.

Bugs in the app

It’s a great app, it’s expensive but with what I need to keep track of It seemed like a good app. I’ve noticed it’s starting to delete important files. It took me hours to upload medical recipes, child support documents, checks that go with specific bills, etc. , for the year. I went to submit the file today to my accountant and the app has deleted the whole file, a years worth of records. I’ve notified it’s deleted other documents as well. Is it saving somewhere else I’m unaware of?
