Really helpful as a quick response on if I'm abiding by my diet or not. Especially helpful when I'm out to eat or grocery shopping.

Even a newbie would look for the basics of what was allowed. This doesnt give enough information about what IS primal within the categories. And this kiip rewards thing is ridiculous. I was told I had a reward for Quaker Oatmeal waiting for me...

I didn't want an app that required a bunch of input or told me what to do...just wanted a basic information tool. This app was what I wanted.

Nice app, would be better if it had barcode reading feature so you could scan certain foods for the yes or no.

But the constant ads has forced me to discard it. The generic answers are also a turn off.
