Absolutely infuriating

I can’t explain how many times I’ve paid for something and never received it. When I try to report it to them there’s a million hoops to jump through and it takes forever to actually get some help. Fix the app. The issue with purchases is becoming aggravating. Didn’t have this issue with other games from this company.

I absolutely love this app but for the past 3 months I have not been able to make purchases, I’ve emailed for support but it happens every time I purchase something so maybe it has something to do with this app because on all my other apps I’m able to purchase and it goes right away. The support people were very helpful the first time now they are not

My Ryan story has gone backwards this is the 3rd time this has happened, Colin & Sebastian, energies that I paid were a waste Of my money I messaged this complaint before, please do something about it!! TYIA

Doesn’t give you the energy you purchase

I only purchased one of the $4.99 energy packs, but it charged me for TWO. I only got credit in the game for ONE of the 2400($4.99) energy packs and not both. It’s not the first time this has happened.

I love this game very much I’m a big Ryan Carter fan and everything but the game is good I don’t care about me losing energy it’s fine but the game lets me know when they have my energy filled also thank u for creating such a wonderful game

Why’d I put so much into this

Man, I love little romance stories, and RP ones?! Sign me up! I was hooked with this story and overall it’s great, save for some minor details, but god this game is MONEY HUNGRY. Don’t get me wrong, it’s obvious there are HOURS worth of story and dedication that has gone into this game. I especially applaud the obviously-talented artists, but I feel like a beggar when in comes to energy. “Could you spare a little energy, please?” Honestly, I have invested a little more than I should’ve in this game (although maybe some of that was due to the fact I was a little drugged out on flu medicine when I did make several purchases at ungodly hours of the night). I’m happy I did, as one top-reviewer mentioned: it feels great to support creators, but holy moly you can only get through two minutes of content before you’re out of energy for the day. A $10 purchase gave me an extra 20 minutes of content I was grateful for, however I did spend most of the time dreading when I’d run out again. And half the time it seems like 50% of my energy is being spent on small comments like “(Ouch!)” Why am I being forced to waste 10 energy points on one word? I feel like making this review means nothing considering how old this game is, but maybe this message can reach aspiring content creators: please ensure that your supporters have plenty of time to engage with the material. I mean, 10 minutes at the least would’ve satisfied me, and I’d still be happy to make those extra energy purchases (although, in all honesty I wish the prices were more justifiable). I get this was something a lot of energy and money was poured into, but I can’t see myself actually spending more than a month or two occupying myself with this game. It’s a story game. Like a movie. Or a book. Who would, in their right mind, spend two minutes of their every day on a game with hours of content until the end? Only to get so shortly far into the story? I just don’t get it.

Porque se me pone negra la pantalla? Me pasó lo mismo con el juego d Drogo pero pensé q solo era por pura mala suerte y lo desinstale y ahora también el d Ryan... Estoy en el capítulo 3 y no pude desbloquear la segunda imagen y estoy como en el proceso donde saldría si la hubiera obtenido pero se me pudo oscura la pantalla y no se q hacer... Intento salirme y meterme pero sale lo mismo se me pone negra la pantalla...

No Support for a broken game

I downloaded this game after receiving constant ads in other apps that I use. Finally, curiosity got the best of me and I downloaded it, as I have played interactive story games before. The very first time I started playing I got so into the story that when I ran out of energy I happily paid for more, eager to support the creators. However, I have not received the energies I paid for. I have reached out to the company twice and have gotten no reply. I usually don’t leave reviews but this is absurd. Apparently this is an ongoing problem because they have an entire tab dedicated to this issue in their support menu. That doesn’t really do much if no one ever gets back to you. Don’t waste your time or money, there are many other games like this one out there where you can actually receive what you pay for.
