Browser in a box, but it works

This app makes things easier to access but it isn’t a fully integrated interface for managing taxes... it redirects you (inside the app though) to a browser window where you will handle most processes. But that’s ok. It makes it easier to open what I need. I just wish it could remember me and let me make payments without having to login and verify my identity every time... this is basically an app that gives you shortcuts to where you need to go. 3 stars for well done app, but not 5 stars because it doesn’t handle things in the app.. but what do we expect? This works better than most government “programs” ;)

Just received my return, app saying information not matching, hard to get social security number, filing status, and return amount wrong. Wonder if I need to put .00 at the end of the return amount. Oh well guess I will never know

It says my info is not good. Tried husband’s info and my own for a joint return. Says the info is bad

App on iphone shows error but web version with exact input worked perfectly on my phone. Delete the app and ignore irs msg to use app. Safari to irs.gov is flawless.

I’ve attempted to enter in my information multiple times however there is an error message. I am positive all of the information entered is correct yet nothing. I will definitely be deleting the app. I have no use for it. I can’t track anything.
