I can never create an account. It keeps telling me the login or psw is incorrect. Website is worse-can't log in as well and no link for CS at all!

About 3 months ago, I purchased the most expensive set of extensions, the royal remy. They promise to be very voluminous and thick, which is what i wanted. I was very excited about them too. I am a licensed professional cosmetologist, and i make sure to take care of every set of extensions I’ve had very well. I’ve had about 10-12 sets in my lifetime probably. Each one of these sets has lasted me AT LEAST year (because I take such great care of them) and some last even longer! This set is HORRIBLE. Dry, shedding in clumps, split ends. I started to “baby” them. Combing them extra slow, applying oils that hair needs to keep its silky and healthy appearance, and nothing worked. These extensions were chemically overprocessed, and should have never been put out on the market in the first place. I tried to contact the company, and after going back and forth for about 6 emails trying to find my order number, they told me that the best thing they could do is offer me 25% off my next order. They offer discounts on their website all the time, much greater than 25% off, so I know for a fact that the 25% off I was offered wasn’t a compromise any way. I even sent them a photo of how horrible these extensions are. And when i told them that the 25% off was not enough for me, they kept repeating “thank you for understanding” in their emails like they were trying to force me into being okay with their selfish approach on “customer service.” This company does not care about quality, they care about the quantity of sales they can make. Learn from my mistake and order extensions from somewhere more reputable!!!

I bought a set of Royal Remy clip in extensions about 3 months ago and I’ve never been more happy with extensions. I tried many brands before and Irresistible Me is by far the best brand in the market. Plus they are affordable and actually competitive for human hair! Do not hesitate, by from them, plus their app is very cool.

First , I wanted to log in. It kept giving me problems. Once in videos were blacked out and I couldn’t see anything. Second I finally made a choice to buy some and everytime it would close. It gave e a choice to do Apple Pay now I’m worried it’s a scam. Worse app.
