Game crashes before it downloads all the updates

It crashes on all my apple devices. It gets to the last update says it can't retrieve files asked to try again or restart. It doesn't matter what you pick it won't load. Never even got to play it. It crashes before you can play. Total crap!!

Great game when I was able to play, would be 5 stars, but can't load after update, hopefully they fix the login soon!! Fingers crossed.
