App will not let me login, contacted customer service, but no luck a week later.
GPS services not working

Loved in while at The designated store to perform the chocolate purchase survey. GPS location services were on for both my phone and the App. However, my store location did not show up. Tried everything including logging out and back in several times. What a waste of my time.
Completed survey, won't pay

I downloaded the app and completed the Easter candy survey with photos, and then Ipsos refused to pay for it. They said it is not their responsibility because the initial survey came from swagbucks. So, don't complete any surveys in this app if you initially qualified through swagbucks, unless you want to do it for free!
They cheated me and did not pay 25 reward after I did the survey

Beaware ! Was cheated by them recently. Did a survey where I had to go to bestbuy. I invested my time and was promised an incentive which was never paid after completion

I'm unable to log in due to an "invalid username or password" when both are correct. I can log in online just fine.
Crashing frequently

No problems downloading or establishing the account. I got about 80% into my first entry and the app stopped working and then crashed. Since then app will start but once I go to try and log an event the app crashes. Too bad

I am frustrated with this app. I have needed to log an entry in the app to qualify for rewards within a survey. Unfortunately, every time I try to make an entry, the app force-closes. I emailed the developer and have never heard back from them. Disappointed in customer service.
