Timer doesn't work properly

The timer, say, automatically turns on/off doesn't work at all. Also, you can only control your light when you connect you to the home wifi.

Buggy, disappointing

Don't let the advertisements fool you, you can ONLY control the outlet when you're connected to the same network the outlet is on. You also cannot set up the outlet on more than one device. The timers are buggy and the app crashes if you attempt to delete one of the horrible presets. Set up your game newbeem

The plug only works if you are connected to it directly- the option to control over your home wifi does not work. So, you have to toggle back and forth between the plugs signal or your home network (not what newbeem promised) I have written multiple emails and called multiple times for support and have not heard from anyone. Very bad product.
