I agree with others who have said that the kool sounds are gone. They have been replaced by garbage. Bring back the old version.

I actually like this one better than the actual star trek phaser. I disagree with some of the other reviewers, I like the sounds, and I think the updates have added some cool ones. Since it's an app that simulates a fictitious device it's really subjective as to whether the sounds "sound" like a phaser or a raygun anyway. They work for me.

What a waste of $.99. I'm looking for Star Trek sounds. These are only a few sounds and they are lame.

Liked the stun and plasma burst the best. Not surr if it was worth it but i enjoy the blasting.

If you like to tap your screen and here a half second synthetic noise then this app is for you. Serves no purpose. I'm surprised it's not riddled with ads. Deleted
