Tried to activate AR but all we got was a black screen with yellow arrow on top and options only to go back to the home page or a square icon that doesn’t lead anywhere. Tried to get help on a website they recommended www.icarlton.co.uk/help but was rerouted to an online bookstore. Clicked on app support here but there was no apparent help site. Very disappointed. Can anyone help?
Works less than half the time

Half the time, it doesn’t work. Very temperamental. We follow all the directions and maybe can get one of the nine up sometimes.
