Help! I have used this for years....now when I send the bill...it doesn’t work...I put in amount and quantity...hit done...twice, when goes to main page...the amount is GONE! Help!

I have been using this app for a while now. It was great. I made a purchase and had all of my important business files on it. I always back my phone up as well. I lost my phone, and had to get a new one. I tried to restore my purchase and files and it didn’t work. I have contacted them on 4 different occasions telling them the urgency to retrieve my purchase, but especially my files. They answer once to try hitting the restore option, and have been ignoring me since. This is so ridiculous!!! I can’t believe the way they are treating me, my business relies on this information, this is the absolute worse service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!!! DONT USE THIS APP!!!!

Love the app .. but wanted to make a suggestion to be able to move the items around again? I think a long time ago you used to be able to, but not anymore. Sometimes when I forget to add an item and I want it to be in a certain order I have to delete all of them to put it in a place that I want it, it would be great if you could just add it at the bottom and move it up where u need it ...please make an update w this feature? ?? it would be perfect that way

I purchased this app in August 2017 for $7.99, still have the receipt I go to “restore purchase” and I’m not allowed to log in or recover any of my invoices or contacts. It appears I’m not the only one who lost all their purchased property. Very terrible customer service it’s unfortunate because I was comfortable using it before they screwed me

Great app for what I do for business until it started to bring back already paid clients. Please fix this!! It’s been doing it all summer and I work on a month to month basis not job to job.

This has been a great app, but for some reason it has just changed and doesn’t allow you to input a clients name and address. The app crashes when you try to edit any lines. Hope it gets fixed, and I’ll continue to use it.

The app was working great. The new update messed it up. Every time I try to click edit to edit info the app crashes so I can not edit what I need to. I hope this issue get fixed soon otherwise I’ll have to buy a different app.
