Followed the directions in the how to use section, app freezes phone for 5 mins then shuts down! Doesn't invite anyone! Contacted the maker to get my money back; insists on arguing and not refunding my 4.99! Total scam don't fall for it!

I downloaded it and launched it. A vague screen comes up asking for a password. What password? I haven't done anything yet. So I try some passwords.. Like the one I use to purchase at the Apple Store. Nothing works. Just says password incorrect. Is this a phishing scam?
