Great App but there is one thing.......

This. Is. A. Great. App. But...... You have to pay for premium if you want the card that you like. There are a couple of free cards, but they aren’t as good. But there is one free card that I love and it is a blank card that you can fill in your own picture(s). They also provide different filters and pictures just in case you want to use theirs. It is fun and if you want to spend extra money on the cards you want, that’s good, but I just don’t like to spend money on stuff like that. But overall I love it and it is great! ??

This app literally makes you add you card info, I was charged 40 dollars in a time-lapse of two weeks and I’ve never used this app. Seriously, I want my money back!
Horrible cannot cancel membership

Purchased the app didn’t realize it was a 21.64 monthly fee when I signed up. That was my error for not reading the fine print. After frustration in trying to figure out why I’m being charged 21.64 a month on iTunes it is from this app. I cannot get the app canceled thru the app as instructed.

If you’re looking to see what this app has to offer, don’t bother. I wanted to make an invite for my 5 year olds birthday party but didn’t find anything I liked so tried to go in and cancel my free trial. Found out you can’t cancel until AFTER the first subscription payment. Not really free!!!
No easy way to cancel premium subscription trial

Downloaded this app. Signed up for the premium trial. Decided the next day the app wasn’t what i need. But wait, how do i cancel the trial premium membership??? Language in the app suggests cancellation can be done in the account setting, but nothing there to cancel. Reached out to what i think is the customer service folks and hope to have this resolved before my card gets charged for a service I’m trying to cancel. ??♀️

Haven’t even used the app yet because I had to agree to writing a review before the app would even let me start on an invite. If you want a review, here’s a quick review: 1) Don’t force your users into writing reviews; it’s obnoxious 2) It asks “would you mind writing a review?” with “yes” and “no” options; “no” forces you to click again, and “yes” takes you the App Store page. The proper answer, to write a review, would be “NO I do not mind writing a review.” Fix your grammar, and be less obnoxious.
