Ever since I started playing this game, I have been using Server 4 : Tree of Ages , and ever since I did an update from the app yesterday 10/18/17, every time I log in , it tells me to create a new character. I have a second account in Server 1: Mt. Hakurei and I see my original character from Server 4

In the beginning it was fine but after the recent update the storyline stopped coming up at each chapter and the game has been bugging out :/

The game itself is awesome! I like the gameplay as well as the show! But recently the game started to mess up, a couple days ago the hud disappeared, that same day when I go into achievements awards, it won’t let me exit with the X button, but rather to start a quest to achieve something then back out. last but not least, sometimes the game will randomly quit back to my home screen, have to start it up all over again, would you guys be able to fix this soon

My entire progress from this game is now gone. When I login to my facebook it starts me from the beginning. Its upsetting that all my time and work in this game is now lost. Disappointing. Don’t think I’ll play again after all this.

Will give this more stars when they fix the massive event glitches. Awful “customer service” that just says will get back to you. With zero compensation or response to why I have not received any credit for the event and missing out on days of event.

Okay so I honestly LOVE this game considering this is my favorite anime of all time and I’ve been playing it for 184 days straight so I think that shows how much I enjoy playing this game but there are a few things that have changed that I really hope they get fixed... 1st money and power used to be counted by the million and now it’s counted by the thousand. I think it needs to say that my power is 46M not 4678K. 2nd can we please bring back the “Hammer Golden Egg”? I recharge a lot in this game and every time I recharge they give me golden hammers but I haven’t seen the “Hammer Golden Egg” thing in awhile to use them! Keep up the good work!!❤️

I had this app for a year just today when you guys updated few minutes ago I tried logging in and it won’t let me anymore. My username is LeiVeta if I remember correctly I’m not sure if it’s temporary or permanent but I did so much and I hate have it go to waste.
