The app freezes during setup and also doesn’t allow 2 form authorization while in app

The instructions sent several weeks ago to set up Intune didn’t have all the steps to install the app to report COVID 19 status. After calling the service desk the lady was very knowledgeable and helped me getting set up. Cannot comment on the app yet as the set up process is still underway.

Locked my iWatch and I can’t unlock it

This <expletive deleted> software told me to change my iWatch passcode, and now it won’t accept the old one or the new one. My iWatch is locked out. I hate it!

I’m sure every IT has a preference, but Intune is straight forward and easy to use. And supports all major OS on a single platform.
