I paid when I first got this app to have everything unlocked and now all of the tools I once had access to are locked because of an update? You guys decided to change to monthly charging and take away tools I paid for months ago? That’s very shady and wrong and overall just bad business. I once loved this app and used it for all of my videos on my YouTube channel but I will no longer be using this app and I want the money I paid to use the now locked features back!

The app looks pretty nice, but on my phone, everything is squished together and impossible to see, so I can't edit anything. Please fix this, the app is really nice.

I paid for the special features pack when it was around and now you guys are going to lock me out of those intros I had access to in the beginning?! That's garbage! And on top of that, you're going to charge a monthly fee for everyone on an intro app?! How often do people make a new intro for their channel?! This is ridiculous! Either update it to give me access to the things I paid for or go and give me my money back!

You took my money. I bought the whole pack, and now it costs 4.99 a week. If I started paying for this on February 1st, I would be paying 19.96 on February! That is too expensive just to get the full pack for a week. And where did my deal go? I paid about 4.00 cheaper, and it is gone! Plus, I don’t know how to put music on the intro maker! Even though some of the stuff I unlocked in the deal is free now, what happened to my money? I will contact the BBB or/and the Consumer Affairs if you don’t get my money back or get the old version back with the deal. I am so disappointed. This app used to be awesome! If you pay on February 1st. You have to pay 19.96 or about 20 dollars a month. Bring the old one back or give our money back!
