I downloaded this to convert gifs to Live Photo’s as it clearly says it does in description and snapshots. It’s not even an option. Tried to email support and it doesn’t even give an email

Gamer lover to the extreme!!!
I redownloaded this app on my phone today and my finger was still on the home button when it immediately asked which premium package I wanted. I didn’t want to buy anything and now I somehow have a weekly subscription. The website is useless and the email link in the app to contact this company doesn’t work. I don’t know how to cancel my subscription and I will definitely not be using anything from Vulcan Labs again. Worst experience ever. I want to cancel my subscription. Please help

This piece of garbage app worked like a charm. Kept asking me to review it after every single thing I did. The SECOND that I reviewed it - the app quit working for me completely and hasn’t worked since.

There’s a bug. The app is nonfunctional. When you click generate video or generate gif, the screen goes black and the app is closed. Sad

Love this app design, but opted for lively and the $2.99 once price...this app here wants 2.99 a week, that’s crazy y’all but hey I guess their kids gotta eat, lol, if they change to a one time price I would give 5 stars, if u need to use more than twice ur gonna gag on the pricing.
