Won't deactivate

Tried deactivating my account. Asks me to type in my number and prompts me to enter code sent via text, but no code received. Tried this several time, to no avail.

Hi I am a new customer and I just got the app. I bought the four dollar credit that gives you additional 99 cents but unfortunately that is not what pops up in my account. Please look into this issue.
