If your planning a simple design of a singular room or a couple of rooms it's alright. I tried to plan out a whole house and tedious is the best word I can use to describe it. There's no labels on objects to tell you what they look like unless you feel like switching to 3d view to check each on individually. It really needs an undo and redo button. Accidentally moving the wrong thing will happen and when it does, putting things back where they were is tedious. When trying to move stuff around you may accidentally resize the object. Overall not a good control scheme. Could also use some kind of option to manually type in inside or outside wall dimensions.

This app is not at all user friendly and has minimal features. One example is, I wanted to create a half wall and an arched entry. Nope. You can only add a door or window (at least that's all I could figure out after an hour of playing around with it and looking at the joke of a tutorial 5 times). There are several free apps that offer the same features and are much more user friendly. I'm furious I got suckered into paying $10 for a worthless app I will be deleting.
