Awesome books but you better not upgrade your iPad or you'll lose everything

We upgraded my son's iPad and there is no way to recover all the books we had already bought him. He is 2 and of course, wants to read the same book over and over again so he's been asking for the books he had and I don't want to repurchase them. I tried clicking on the in app support and it wouldn't open up. I'm very disappointed.
Videos won't play

My autistic son loved this app, we only have the free books as the price to buy new books is ridiculous in my opinion, and he LOVES to watch the videos. Within the past month the videos have stopped working. When we attempt to pull one up it only shows half the screen and won't play. Please, please fix this!
Great App but crashes too often

My son loves the app but it crashes constantly. It does not work well with guided access enabled.
Lost all my granddaughters books with new iPad.

I bought several books and lost them all when I updated my iPad. My granddaughters are very disappointed and I am also. Where is the upgrade???

I bought 5 or 6 of these titles which my grandchildren loved but now they won't load and THERE IS NO SUPPORT OR PERSON TO WRITE TO. The publisher's website is now all about guns and stuff..nothing linking to kids'books.
Can't even sign up

I have tried FIVE times to load the app & sign up for an account, and every time it freezes on the sign up screen. LAME.
