The intervals are hard to figure out when programming your own custom workout but once you get it, I loved it!

Love this app, but sometimes when a song ends, it starts another before the interval ends. I wish there would be an option to have one song replayed for each minute.

Songs all start at beginning regardless of option toggled on/off. Some songs just don’t play. Album art picture in background is always one song behind.

This app makes workouts so much better! The interval timer allows you to customize your work outs with set times, goals and even has music. I love using this app. Highly recommended!

This app is much more fun and interesting than the timer app that comes with the phone. Interval timer talks to you, dings when it counts down to five. And lets you play your music while you’re exercising or doing any other chore that you want to keep track of. It’s overall a very well thought out app!
Easy and Customizable

This app is great for customizing your workout in any way that you like and it’s easy to navigate. The music feature allows you to not only listen to your favorite music but also to set music for each interval timer if you like, this is a plus on top of the seamless integration with Apple Music, Spotify and other music apps. Highly recommended!

It’s a good timer for already planned workouts. Would be great for weight training, if you needed a timed setting for heavy and light, fast or slow lifting. Has two workouts that you can follow along with. Good workouts, just wish there were more.
