Great app for working out with an apple watch when you don't want to bring along your phone. Plays music and round timer right from one app. Great interface also.

It's a simple app to use, but I don't like that if I open another app while running this one, it pauses my workout!! Other than that it's great, I have a separate app for my music that will play but not through this app. This app is good for the HIIT workouts!

This app gives new meaning to my cardio time. I don't have to pump it up when I feel like it any more. I just wait for my cues and I get more out of my workout. Especially because my selected music is playing!
