Didn’t work. Never connected. No option to choose brand of stove. Don’t waste your time on this. Should be no star
As everyone else said, crashes after 1st use. The password/keychain delete workaround doesn't work for me either.
What kind of company would actually release an app like this. This is nothing but an afterthought. Take some pride in your company and fix the app so it doesn’t crash.
So incredibly frustrated by this app. Was promoted by the place we bought our Heat & Glo insert that was installed this week. Can’t create account and I’ve tried I uninstall and reinstall app. Just doesn’t work. Believe the reviews here and if you’re thinking of buying an insert that utilizes this app and it’s promised functionality is important look elsewhere.
Just like the rest of the reviews, this app works the first time you open it, then instantly crashes each time afterwards until you reinstall it. They need to fix this. It’s completely worthless otherwise.
Bought an over priced WiFi module for convenience and home automation, but the phone app stopped working after one evening? Additionally, the GUI doesn’t correctly support my screen size/resolution. Dev’s need to fix the app. I do not have any passwords stored on my phone. iPhone SE 2016 Response to developer: No zoom in scaling increases enabled on my phone. The aspect ratio or size/resolution issue only surfaces on the “Flame” window/screen/module. Hope that helps. Running iOS 14.3 and latest production release of Intellifire.
After update Wi-Fi hangs after flame change for any where from a few seconds to 15 min.
Can’t use the app because I keep selecting the open wifi gateway to connect in my settings and it won’t latch on. Customer service and my original installer don’t know what to make of the problem.
The app will not allow me to connect the fireplace to the internet. When opening, it tells me to connect to the device network, but there are no settings available to allow this.
