Frozen app

I get very frustrated using this app. I thought that would be great to have it on the go but it's frozen too often that I have to delete the app and re-install it a few times already just 3 weeks into using it. I hope they'll make some improvement on it.

App freezes when downloading lectures. Have to re-install app in order to unfreeze it :-(

This would be a convenient way to study, if the app wasn't so glitchy. Downloading lectures takes forever and the app freezes and crashes in the process. The only way to unfreeze it seems to be uninstalling and reinstalling the entire app.
Needs lots of work

This app has cost me a lot of my precious time. Downloading modules takes forever, the app is always crashing and after going through the painstaking process of downloading all the modules they are now greyed out for some unknown reason. Please fix as this is my lifeline to completing the certification process.

App would be great way to review the material...except its not available consistently. I've had several different issues in the past month since downloading it. App is currently greyed-out and I've lost several days of study time bc of trouble-shooting. If the app becomes stable this will be a good platform to deliver the curriculum. If not, the inconsistencies in the availability in the app cast an unflattering light on the school.
Great supplemental app!

This is a great supplemental app, that I downloaded specifically for iPhone access to the material when I'm on the go, or just don't feel like carrying my IIN iPad around ;) The downloads do take a while to download for offline use, but I can't complain. I see it as another great way that IIN is putting out the resources in every possible way! Kudos!
