I’ve been using the app for a bit and loved it. More recently I tried to use it and my pictures would not come up. I deleted the app and re-downloaded. Didn’t help and all of my saved work was gone. It’s really upsetting. I checked my settings and there was nothing wrong with my phone. Hoping they would fix it soon. I was about to buy it too. What a shame.

I have been trying to update my app for a couple of days now & it won’t update. I’ve recently paid for a yearly subscription & cannot open app to use. I would like a refund if this issue is not resolved asap! By the way, the contact email is NO GOOD which concerns me that this is a bogus app. I either need resolution right away or I’ll report it!

I opened this app but did not agree to the free trial. How do I know that it went through? It’s very misleading and when I tried to back out, it took me forward so I can’t tell if it is having me do the trial or not, WHICH I DO NOT OR DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION!!!! You better not charge me!!!!

Unhappy and Useless
There is no “free” version to this app. You download it and it immediately asks for your card info. There’s a free 3 day trial, but the fine print says that you have to cancel 24 hours before it “renews” automatically for a yearly subscription. You can’t try the app without giving them payment information. With the plethora of apps nowadays, this just seems dumb to me to not really give users an actual free version of this app or allow them to use it without committing to a purchase. And yes - giving out your payment info before trying the product is in a sense, committing to the payment.
