They charge so many fees & you can’t even see the entire disclosed agreement until you sign up with an account. Chime is by far better & has NO fees, I’ll be switching.

I've been an insight customer for a while now. I just re downloaded this app to keep track of my account. But it slows down my phone because it's so outdated.
Needs an update.

Please update the app. The app slowly loads and has a huge gray bar at the bottom of the screen. I feel like there should be an option to save the password so you don't have to enter it in every time. Please update. I will update my rating after update.

This is by far the worst prepaid card I have ever used they charge you per transaction they charge you to speak to an agent mind you your gonna be on hold at least 30 mins I wish I could rate zero this company is the worst please do not ever use insight

It would be easier to access my account information if this app was updated. The way it is now is essentially useless.
