This app was recommended to me by several people who are serious about meditation. I finally decided to give it a try and I can understand why they like it so much. I appreciate the guided meditations as well as the timer. I use both to help sustain my practice. I don't necessarily care about the other bells and whistles such as the social networking aspects but others may enjoy the community piece. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for help with beginning or sustaining their meditation practice.

This is a great app to use for meditation whether it's guided meditations you are looking for or just a timer to keep track of your session. You will most likely be surprised with how well the apps works and how useful it can be...it has replaced many other apps already

Great app. Love the fine tuning you can do to customize a meditation session or use one of the 1000s of guided meditations. There is something for everyone. I like the social aspect too.
