Not much more to say; it blows other meditation apps out of the water! Huge selection of free guided meditations as well as a timer to do your own. I use it daily and am so grateful it exists!


Best money spent for a premium version; free version also outstanding

The free version is very sufficient and provides way more content and resources than expected, of which I used for one year. I found it so transforming for my well being that I purchased the premium version (of which I rarely do for other apps) simply to enhance my growth and mindset. Best money spent for supporting my most important asset - my own well being and mental health.

My number 1 choice. This app offers a wonderful array of meditations including various lengths, silent options, instructional, as well as audio options such as bionaural.


Great tool for staying on track

As a beginner to daily practice this app gives an excellent variety of guided meditation options for each day. Loved being able to select the amount of time and the focus that was right for me on a given day.

Hi, I’m trying this app that was recommended by Chris Bailey on How to Train Your Mind. I really like the timer and keeping track is nice helps with motivation and with really gettin the most out of meditation by gaining consistency in your practice. I’m still trying the guided options, there are many to chose from. I’ve liked the ones for sleeping and tried out some of the music as well. Also nice is they offer this content for free and you can donate as you wish. Things to improve are maybe user experience of the app, but well, that might actually be a good thing as it will keep your focus on the one thing: meditating! Syl
