MAZ Digital has issues
Samurai41

I have paid for a subscription and the app doesn't work...it only unlocks 10 pages of every issue. Customer support was very responsive at first but has been silent and I'm getting frustrated with this company. All I want is the app to work. I provided the receipts of payment for the subscription and have not heard back...maybe they don't know what the problem is? Not a good sign.

Has Stopped Working For Print Subsribers

I can no longer read an issue as I could in the past using my print subscription. It now asks me to purchase the digital version. Bogus

Disappointing

Not a true mobile magazine app, more like a scanned copy of the print version. Font is not scaled and optimized for viewing on mobile devices and can be small. No animations, links, or embedded videos found with other magazines. Users are asked to delete and reinstall the app in order to restore purchased issues. However, in order to restore you need to have the customer ID code available on the mailing label that is on the print copy. I've had to delete and reinstall the app 4 times in the past year. In light of how unstable the app is, the developers could have made it easier to restore (username and password only).

Disappointing

Don't get me wrong, the magazine is great, but I really was hoping for a good so to check the scores with. I hate the ESPN app and haven't found anything good. I was hoping this app would be more like the website.
