Their humor is a tad sophomoric and the guests are pretty lack luster but if you're a fan of cooking shows this is a must have!! Their recipe for ketchup noodles had my pallet singing for day and omg their lower east side traffic report is spot on!!

Great show! I look forward to their episodes. For some reason I "relate" to their perspectives. Guests are awesome, but the banter is what makes this show. Not for tender ears, as the discussion points can be juvenile (which may be why I relate so well!) Well worth a couple of bucks a month.

I have been hooked on the show since the first Gracie Worlds in San Jose where I met the crew. At that time Ernest was a brown belt, Tim a purple and Matt, no belt. Today they are black brown and blue respectively ( congrats Matt). Any how, I have been off the mat due to two surgeries and I spend my recovery time listening to the show. Thanks guys for giving me some interesting down time. I have to admit that some of my favorite Shows have been when Mr. Freeman has interviewed the guests alone. Ernest and Matt, don't hate on the man just because he does a fantastic job without the colorful language. Last but not least, great job Estella for your new addition to the Inside BJJ. Cheers guys... AP.

very informative and knowledgable dudes, can't say enough. I'm new to the bjj lifestyle and hearing more about the in's and out's really gets ur knowledge up, can't ask for more; $1.99 a month is a steal.

Funny show, great chemistry between all the hosts. Great intros, worth the $ to go premium! Quit being weird about it and fork over the two bucks, especially now with the new network of shows. Keep up the good work gentleman.
