Loved it until it stopped working

this app was great and i even paid for pro, which i never do, now it crashes every time i open it. i don't know what the issue is, but it's frustrating because this is the best and easiest app i've found for saving vids and pics from instagram.

Program worked great and then it stopped. Program will not open. Reinstall did not correct the problem.

on god i’ve been using this app for a long time but lately i’ve been getting on it and it doesn’t even take three seconds to the app to take me back to my homescreen, i really needa save some videos but it don’t even let me ?, it’s getting strange no cap. fix it.
