Such a helpful tool for unwinding after a long day. Perfect for beginners!

A great tool that’s taught me to calm down, breathe, de-stress whether I have 3 or 30 mins.

I’ve loved Inscape from its inception. The recent new design is very impressive, especially the breath and journal tools. I also love the suggested meditations based on the time of day and the musical accompaniments. I would love to see the breath tool expanded for more breath cycle options and for background play. Great job overall!!

We all get caught up in our day to day on-the-go lives that in New York seem neverending, this app has helped me to focus on self-care and being in the moment which is something I needed. Very user-friendly with lots of options to suite various moods/needs. I've tried meditating elsewhere but this app hit the sweet-spot for me.

I just started a couple days ago but so far I love it. My stress vanishes in a few minutes and I have the tools to handle it myself anywhere as needed.

I suffer from anxiety disorder and since I started meditating I have noticed that I don’t need to reach out for my anti anxiety medication as often. My mood and energy level have tremendously improved. I feel happy!!!!

Loved the app! I found it very helpful but, apparently it’s only for people with disposable income. It is a monthly or yearly based subscription and this made me pass on the app. I would rather pay a one time reasonable fee for the app with lifetime updates. If you want people to experience the benefits of mediation than make this app more affordable! Wouldn’t you rather have more subscribers/users and more people mediating? This world needs more people meditating, but at this price it’s just another app that gets lost in a forest full of trees!

For a free app, this does a great job walking you through many different meditation techniques with options based on the length of time you have in your day, whether a quick 5 minutes to reduce your work anxiety or 60 minutes to help increase your focus or productivity. Really wasn’t expecting much, but am very happy I tried it out.

Good variety of meditations when you pay for the year. Timer only. Mantra. Visualization. Short. Long. Morning. Night. Afternoon. They leave you with no excuse but to meditate. There’s room for improving how you might visualize your own personal meditation journey, yet they’re always making improvements so it’s probably on the way.
