Our technology lets you choose between live captioning by live stenographers or best-in-class automated speech recognition (ASR) software. You can switch caption modes at any time – even during your call! Use our captioning feature with your devices. The InnoCaption app is designed to be fully compatible with your mobile phone and tablet. In addition, our DeskView feature allows you to mirror your phone or tablet’s captions onto a computer screen or to make direct outbound calls from the computer – simply log in to our website from your computer’s web browser to access this feature.

FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. IP Captioned Telephone Service may use a live operator. The operator generates captions of what the other party to the call says. These captions are then sent to your phone. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.
