I can’t read messages

Since I signed up for this app, I have uploaded several photos, yet my photo was not verified, it kept saying no face found in the photo, does that mean that I’m a ghost? I took Live Photo via the camera for a selfie, yet it couldn’t verify, the worse is that I can’t even see messages from those writing me, and some say it’s because I’m using an iPhone, so I won’t be able to see messages, what then is the essence of the app on iTunes Store if I can’t read and respond to messages? I don’t know what bug is that, please fix it

Deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same thing. Apart from that, it’s such a lovely app. Pls help me fix this

This is absolutely trash, I can’t even see my messages, how then can i have a good conversation with someone. Too poor

Why can’t I view my messages. Up to a 6months. And still same issue. Great app but I think it needed to be fixed

I can’t see or view chats on my InMessage account, please you have to get it fixed, if someone sends me a message i dont see the message in the chat
